How to order
- Define your requirement and confirm funding with your Contracting Officer.
- Request quotes through the SEWP Quote Request Tool (QRT) at www.sewp.nasa.gov, selecting Category C and Sure Secure Solutions — or email David Santiago at david.santiago@suresecuresolutions.com for a quote.
- Review our quote. Every quote states how long it is valid, and all prices are at or below our SEWP database of record.
- Issue a delivery order referencing contract 80TECH26D0629 and the SEWP quote number. Fair opportunity documentation stays with your procurement office.
- Send the order to the NASA SEWP Program Office (help@sewp.nasa.gov). SEWP verifies it and forwards it to Sure Secure.
- We confirm receipt, provision licenses and deliver services, and invoice as specified on the order.
After delivery and problem orders
We provide implementation, configuration, technical support, license and subscription management, and advisory support as ordered.
If an order was successfully approved but a problem arises after fulfilment (such as damaged items, incorrect service provision, or missing components), the customer submits a troubleshooting request noting their agency order number and SEWP Control Number. The vendor then logs the issue, coordinates a diagnostic fix or replacement with the manufacturer or provider, and escalates to SEWP program headquarters if a mission-critical impasse is reached.
