Job Overview:
The Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Report Server Specialist is responsible for supporting and optimizing the OSI MAS-9 enterprise reporting environment. This includes building custom and out-of-the-box reports, managing report server performance, assisting end users with dashboards and KPIs, and ensuring compliance through secure access controls. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, maintain documentation, and provide user training and support. The ideal candidate has experience with Maximo/MAS 9 reporting, strong troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with reporting tools and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the OSI MAS-9 enterprise reporting server and report repository, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Build MAS 9 out-of-box and custom reports for end users as needed.
- Assist end users in creating MAS 9, Start Centers, Operational Dashboards and Key Performance Indicators.
- Perform reporting software installations, upgrades, patches, and configuration changes as needed.
- Monitor system performance, conduct routine maintenance, and implement improvements for OSI reports.
- Manage user access, roles, and security settings following compliance policies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain report documentation, including configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
- Provide end-user reporting support and training on application functionality and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Competent in creating Maximo /MAS 9 reports both out-of-box and custom reports.
- 3+ years of experience in Maximo Enterprise Asset Management Reporting.
- Knowledge of Maximo database tables and structures.
- Experience with Maximo application security, authentication methods, and role-based access controls.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience with scripting and automation tools.
Desired Skills:
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Maximo/MAS, ITIL).
- Experience with Maximo 7.6 and MAS 9 reporting capabilities
- Experience with SQL Developer and/or Toad.Experience with cloud-hosted applications and SaaS platforms.
