Description:

The Human Resources Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR tasks including but not limited to tasks related to hiring and Onboarding, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, compliance with all applicable federal, State and Local laws and regulations regarding employment practices (e.g., EEO, FMLA, CFRA, ADA, FEHA, etc.).

The work requires knowledge of the policies, procedures, supervisory techniques, and
regulations of personnel management and human resources development programs.

Job Responsibilities/Required Skills:

• Employee onboarding, trainings, compensation and benefit tasks, timesheets, satisfaction surveys, All hands Meetings, co-ordinate Employee Newsletter etc.
• Support Payroll, possible once or twice a year travel if needed as our employees are distributed across NADSA centers.
• Contract Management Support – Backup for contract management, Customer management functions, Invoicing and Billing, Feedback
• Executive Assistance Tasks, including Events, Awards, travel arrangements, Purchasing, gifts etc.
• Office Management POC in Virginia.
• Support quality management system tasks

Knowledge, Skills AND Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of four years of Human Resources generalist or management experience preferred.
• General knowledge of employment laws and practices
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Excellent organization, interpersonal, coaching, oral, and written skills
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information discreetly and professionally
• Ability to work independently with limited support, using independent judgment and discretion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to comfortably and effectively communicate with people at all levels in an organization, and excellent listening skills
• Working knowledge of human resource information systems (HRIS)
• Strong detail orientation; ability to set priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and administrative skills
